anil pathak, ceo & managing director, has studied management at carnegie mellon university, usa and cranfield university, england uk, from where he received an mba. he has passed the cpa exam. anil has worked in finance and strategic planning with large business houses in india, including, the tatas, the rpg group and the wadia group. his last assignment was with the ford motor company in the usa. anil has led and managed a number of private equity and real estate transactions. he is an eminent fellow of the royal institution of chartered surveyors (frics). anil has been appointed chairman for the rics india valuations working committee.
